Katie is a marketing and operations executive with over a decade of experience working in the public and private sector. She has spent the majority of her career in the CPG industry working for global organizations such as The Estee Lauder Companies, as well as governmental and non-profit organizations including the Ancaster Business Improvement Area and The Conference Board of Canada. She has also worked as an independent consultant with several CPG brands in business development, digital operations, and social media marketing.


In addition to her passion for business and entrepreneurship, Katie is committed to giving back to the community and currently serves as a Chapter Lead for Mamas for Mamas. She has also been a long-time supporter of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and currently volunteers as a Facilitator with the Women in Niagara Peer Mentoring Group.
